“I have practiced yoga since 1999 and after two years of extensive study and practice I qualified as an Iyengar Yoga teacher in July 2017. Iyengar Yoga is a form of Hatha yoga that focuses on postural alignment, precision and body awareness through asana and pranayama (breath control). My classes are small, considerate and adapted to the needs of the attendees.”
